Opportunities: JCRC Seeks P/T Program Assistant
The JCRC of Greater Washington seeks a part-time program assistant to support Northern Virginia/DC advocacy and inter-group activities and other community relations efforts. Position based in Fairfax.
The JCRC is the public affairs and community relations arm of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and 210 local Jewish agencies and synagogues throughout the region.
Responsibilities include: significant event planning, developing flyers and writing press releases, drafting correspondence and other activities in support of our agency’s agenda.
The successful candidate will have strong writing and graphic art skills; be comfortable using constituent contact software, be detail oriented and self-motivated; understand the political process and be familiar with the Jewish community.
