Opportunities: Positions Available with Hasbara Fellowships
Hasbara Fellowships is excited to announce four new Campus Coordinator positions available beginning in May 2008!
The Campus Coordinator position consists of overseeing Hasbara Fellows and programming in regions through the United States and Canada. The job entails traveling to approximately 10-15 campuses per semester, as well as training students and guiding Israel activism strategies on a continual basis.
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Aiding Hasbara Fellows and other pro-Israel
- Educating about and promoting Israel on campus
- Creating and coordinating pro-Israel campaigns
- Recruiting top student Israel activists to come on the program in Israel
Applicants should be recent university graduates with strong knowledge of international politics (particularly concerning the Middle East) and experience with campus activism.
The position is based in New York City and includes a competitive salary and benefits. A two year commitment is required.
